Join us for a 3 day Mindfulness Retreat at the peaceful Casa San Carlos Retreat Center in Delray Beach, Florida. During this event we will explore:

Mindfulness Meditation—develop the skill of non-judgmental awareness, gain clarity of mind and a sense of ease through this healing and grounding practice. Each day includes a Dharma talk and plenty of opportunity to practice seated meditation, walking meditation and mindful eating. *The retreat will be held in Noble Silence beginning Saturday and ending Sunday before lunch. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome.

Gentle Yoga/Mindful Movement-- Journey through body, mind and heart, through a sequence of Gentle Yoga poses to help you release stress in the body, learn to be present and centered by developing body centered awareness.

Compassion and Loving Kindness—Living in today's world is challenging. Cultivating the ability to stay present and open-hearted is essential to maintain healthy relationships with ourselves, others and all beings.

When: Friday to Sunday, January 6th - 8th. Retreat begins at 4pm ends at 1pm.

Pricing: **$272.22 for a shared room and bath **$323.47 for a private room and bath—must pay and register- to attend.

**This includes processing fees for payment.

*Meals & Snacks, Room and Board included. Please bring towels, bed sheets, blankets and toiletries. If practicing formal seated meditation (on floor) please bring a zafu and zabuton or cushion. Chairs are available.
